- Are There Minimum Order Amounts?

There are no minimum orders at Bead Diva but orders over $100 (before tax) receive free shipping in Canada and the United States.
- Do You Have a Store I Can Visit?

No, we are an online store only. With limited overhead we can pass the savings onto our customers. Our pricing policy is to provide a wide range of fairly priced products for all our customers. We understand it can be tricky shopping online. If you require some assistant on picking an item, just fill out the Contact Us form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Does Bead Diva Offer Wholesale Accounts?

Yes.
To qualify for a wholesale account you must have a valid vendor's permit or business license. Please use the Contact Us form to have a wholesale account setup.
- How Are Orders Shipped?

Bead Diva uses Canada Post to ship all orders to Canada and the United States.
All shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation.
Free Shipping to Canada and the United States for all orders over $100 before tax! For orders under $100, shipping to Canada is between $9 and $19 and shipping to the United States is $15. - How Can I Pay for My Order?

You will be automatically enrolled in our loyalty program with your first purchase.
- How Do I Know How Many Points I Have?

At the bottom of each receipt that is included in your order you will see how many points you earned with that order and how many points you have earned to date. If you can't find your receipt and want to know how many points you have earned, use the Contact Us form and we will let you know.

- How Long Does It Take For An Order To Be Shipped?

Typically Bead Diva staff will process the payment and ship the order in 2 business days or less.
- What Are the Terms of a Wholesale Account?

All wholesale accounts receive 20% off all items with a minimum order of $150.
- What is the Return Policy?

Returns must be pre-authorized within 14 days of receipt of your order. Goods returned must be in their original condition and original packaging. All shipping costs for returning items will be the customers expense.
- What Size Do I Need For a Bracelet or Watch?

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE YOUR WRIST MEASUREMENT.
To determine your wrist measurement, simply measure your wrist around the widest part of the wrist bone with a soft flexible measuring tape. The tape should be wrapped around the bone and pulled to be snug around your write. Measurements should be given in inches. Ex: 6-1/2". You could also measure a bracelet or watch that you already have to determine this measurement.
From this measurement, the designer will add any additional length to the bracelet (or watch) necessary for the clasp and will adjust for the size of the beads in the design you have chosen.
- What Size Do I Need For A Necklace?

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE YOUR NECK MEASUREMENT.
To determine your neck measurement, simply measure your neck around the middle part of your neck with a soft flexible measuring tape. The tape should be wrapped around the neck and pulled to the measurement you desire. You could also measure a necklace that you already have to acquire this measurement.
From this measurement, the designer will add any additional length to the necklace necessary for the clasp and will adjust for the size of the beads in the design you have chosen.
Measurements should be given in inches. Ex: 6-1/2".
